ARC Restoration and Waterproofing is a licensed general, roofing and waterproofing contractor based in San Rafael, serving San Francisco, Oakland and the Bay Area since 1981. We find where water gets in, repair what it damaged and restore multi-family and commercial buildings so they stay dry.
We know what it is like to stand in a garage with a flashlight, looking at a wet wall, while an owner or a board waits for an answer. Nobody wants to pay twice for the same repair, and nobody wants to be the one who signed off on a patch that failed.
ARC was founded in 1981 as Architectural Coatings and has worked on Bay Area buildings for more than four decades. We hold State License #918452 in general building, roofing and waterproofing, belong to the Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute, and have worked for Whole Foods, The Cannery, Ghirardelli Square and the Mark Hopkins Hotel.
